Where to apply for your passport
By mail
- Adults eligible to use the one-page PC7 Australian Passport Renewal Application form may apply by mail using a PC7 mail application kit.
- Most passport renewals for children aged 15 years and younger can be lodged by mail - please see the Child Renewal mail application instructions.
- All other applications must be lodged in person.

In person applications can be lodged at any office, but you must make an appointment online.

This is a part-time passport office with limited capacity for conducting passport interviews. Appointments may not be available every week.
Appointments are released on Fridays two weeks prior to the availability of appointment dates and times (3:00pm and 3:30pm – MT). If there are no appointments showing as available during the next two weeks, it means that any appointments that were available are already fully booked. Future dates beyond the next two weeks will appear fully booked until they are released.
